Hook reveal 5ss issues

The tech was very helpful in guiding me in the right direction in getting my unit to respond properly at start up! Things went as planned and the unit is now ressurected to operate as intended when first purchased.

Ghost won't turn on

The ghost has an internal electrical problem as per the rep I spoke with. He said this should not be happening. He stated for me to let you guys know so you can send a new one and I can send this one back as its only 3-4 months old.

In hull

I bought a bundle package from shoals outdoors in Alabama. They put in the in hull 3 times.still wasn't working then . I tried buying the in hull from you . Your website said my Email was not right !! So I ordered from different Co if you have someone put your product on a boat wouldn't you.make sure the in hull was working? Just need Lowrance team to make sure my unit is working properly Payed alot of money for something not working !

There is nothing more annoying than to call CS and get someone in a foreign country that doesn't speak English as their first language. I called in with this same question 4 times and he kept putting me on hold for almost an hour until I got fed up and hung up the phone. What an idiot! he had NO clue what i was asking and kept asking for my serial number then model number. you would think he would write it down! then after I took this stupid survey it deleted all of my answers because I wasn't logged in. I used YOUR link to get here! what a waste of money! DO NOT BUY ONE OF THESE

Hook7 transducer

I purchased a hook 7 from a bcf store worked fine until the transducer broke at what I suspect its weakest point up very close to where it attaches to the metal bracket once I looked at the reviews for this product I wish I had never purchased it and I will not be buying another transducer as there were people that nave bought 2 3and one guy four and they all failed at the same point it is a very bad design and at $180.00 each to risky to keep buying them I now have a working unit with no transducer and no options as told by your tech people Not a happy camper Rod

The insert which the knobs screw into that hold the unit to the gimbal brackets have pulled out causing the unit to fall off the boat I tried to glue them back in and they will not hold both units have done this

Ghost does not have a warranty

Ghost trolling motor is not worth the money. When it tears up they wont honor warranty. Talked to several employees at lowance but all you get is a bunch of bs. Anyone looking to buy a trolling motor from lowrance needs to go to a college bass open high school open mlf pro series mlf high school tournament and see how many use the ghost trolling motor they are junk and do not have a warranty.

My husband is pissed this trolling motor has been nothing but problems and good luck contacting customer service he was on hold for an hour then hug up. Sent a msg and response was, here;s your case#, a team member will be in touch: He has not gotten a call.

After a 2 weeks of messing with it "calibrate, factory reset, making sure magnets were ok, ect... it has completely stopped working.

He wishes he would of kept his MinnKota, never had a problem w/ it. My advice DO NOT BUY LOWRANCE!!

Transducer install

So we have a Hook7 with a itam#000-109**-** 50/200 455/800khz transducer. The Hook7 in the about section does not show that there is a transducer hooked up. What should I be doing at this point?
