I have been unable to load the Navionics charts I bought for my Zeus S chartplotter. The Navionics SD card with Platinum+ charts is not recognized by the chartplotter.

So my new chartplotter is dead in the water, since I can't load charts, and the default doesn't even have depth data, much less anything else useful.

I've spent 17 hours waiting on the phone for Navico's tech support (1-80*-***-****, which is the phone number listed on the B&G site), and despite being "number one in the queue" four days in a row, nobody ever answers, so clearly that line is not monitored. Sample screenshot below showing my phone still on hold after 5 hours and 13 minutes. Cruel trick to play on your customers.

I can find no alternative means of contact, including email.

I am therefore contacting the CEO, and reporting the company to the BBB, and on every social medium I can find. This is unacceptable.

I have purchased two of the HDS 12 units in the last 5 years and both had side scan issues. The latest unit the live has side scan issues as well and the live only works about two hours then the screen say NO SOURCE. I have taken it back to the dealer for software update to correct the issue to no avail. I willdont buy one never buy another one.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I'm pretty sure they just performed a quick diagnostic and said oh it's bad and sent me a refurbished one.

I did ask them what was wrong with it , they could not tell me anything other than it was bad. So really what did they actually find out.

I have a elite fs 9 that has just flat out quit working , unit has been kept inside a storage facility never been opened for any kind of repairs and they want me to send it in with a 400+ fee just to look at it and if they cant fix it , they will send out refurbished unit , no explanation nothing just give us money and move on.

Not answering the phone

I've been trying to call for 2 days and it says to call during normal hours.. i live in the same time zone as yall and its 4:30 in louisiana and yall are not answering the phone.

I have lots of money tied up in yall product and im not going to Pay or put a 5.00 fee on a credit card when yall should answer the phone.. im trying to update a GEN 2 touch and cant find it on the website. also i have the 3D scan on my boat... so as long as yall made and sold these different types of units not everyone can afford to upgrade every other year...

so keep up dating the old units as well or make them user friendly with the new stuff.. sorry for the rant, but when someone needs assistance then yall should answer the phone during normal hours as i have tried for 2 days

No representation at a fishing show????,,

No one is at the GREATER NIAGARA FISHING EXPO in Niagara Falls, NY. One of the largest fishing displays, shows and seminars in the NE US!

People had questions and no one from Lorance is there to answer them. Garmin was there and people including myself went there. Poor salesmanship. Some were complaining about an app that Lorance uses and again no one was there.

No new units but Garmin did! Why should I buy a new model when I have questions on transducers and unit functions that don't work.

Store employees don't have a clue on adaptions to units. If making money is your only incentive enjoy it now because when its gone its not coming back.

Sonar stop working. Blank white screen.

I was using my Lowrance TI3 Elite when my sonar screen went blank. I tried to call Lowrance to get help, but you wanted me to pay for service/information. I paid a lot of money for my fish finder and not going to pay for information. I did find a YouTube video fhat described the problem and fix. Followed the instructions and I think it is fixed, no thanks to Lowrance. You would think Lowrance would let the users know of the big and notify us. Sorry, not happy. No more Lowrance!!
